Bignor is located in West Sussex, within 6 miles of (and approximately
halfway between) Arundel in the south and Pulborough in the north. The best approach is by road, taking the A29 and turning off westwards
at the well-signposted exit near Bury - watch for the brown sign to the
Roman Villa.

David Brown has been priest in charge of the Parishes of Sutton with
Bignor, Burton with Coates and Barlavington since January 2008.
Ordained in 1990, he was formerly a non-stipendiary priest in
Haslemere until 2001, followed by a six year term in Rogate.
David might be said to have experience as both poacher and
gamekeeper (!), having retired from his former career as a solicitor in
2007. He is married to Lindsay and they have four adult children and
two grandchildren.
